**varieties may vary from those pictured* This grab bag includes 4 varieties of locally sourced, artisan cheese. They will all be individually wrapped, allowing for longer storage. You can enjoy them one at a time, or use them to assemble your own cheeseboard at home! They also come with a description sheet that gives flavor profiles and pairing suggestions for each cheese included. Total amount in bag is based off of number of people- approx. 1/2 oz of each cheese/per person, for a total of 2 oz of cheese/person. Cheese varieties vary dependent upon what is available- each bag will include a variety of flavors and textures. This product contains only wedges of cheese, and does not contain nuts, fruits, jams, etc.
Cheeses must be kept refrigerated until used. For optimum tasty-ness, remove from fridge 30 min- 1 hour before serving. Cheeses are best when eaten within one week of pickup. All platters contain dairy. Facility works with tree nuts, peanuts, and gluten along with other allergens- platters can be made without certain items, but there is always a risk of cross-contamination.
If you cancel your order 5 days prior to your pickup date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 2-4 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0-1 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund.Unless otherwise specified, platters must be picked up at the farm.
