Join us at Logan Pass Coffeehouse in Cologne for an evening of sourdough and cheese! Christine is teaming up with Elaine Dube from Hello Simple for this unique class.
Class will feature 3 flavors of sourdough bread and discard waffles (made on-site) and paired with a total of artisan cheeses.
During the class, Elaine will talk through using discard to make delicious treats, and answer any lingering sourdough questions. Christine will provide info on the basics of the cheesemaking process and the story of how and where they're made.
